Jeff Towner | Your Long Beach Agent When we asked Jeff Towner what drew him to real estate he said he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2002 and wanted to be in business for himself. He says that “Real Estate appeals to me because I was a carpenter and a contractor for 30 years and I knew that I already had a connection to property.” When asked how his past experience translates into real estate, he said working in construction made him understand the needs of a home owner from every angle of building a home, with buying and selling real estate he can take that knowledge and give his clients an edge on buying and selling. His Business Management degree has given him the basis for launching his real estate career.

 

Jeff is also an investor in real estate and thus has a close relationship with buying and selling. He successfully remodeled and sold four investment homes for himself and for homeowners before he became a Real Estate Agent. He is familiar with the needs of homeowners and knows how to make them feel comfortable and satisfied with their investments in property. Jeff really understands what makes a good investment property for future equity gains. He also understand the needs of buyers that are relocating to new areas as he has relocated himself several times.
